The Cat^® Flex Pal^™ idler features a unique retrofit design that allows for easy integration into existing structure. This design consists of two steel rolls and one center EXALON® roll, which helps increase idler life, reducing the frequency of replacing the center idler roll. Flex Pal rolls are greased for life and triple-tested for rotational torque, total indicated run-out and bearing play. An industry first, each roll is engraved with a unique serial number to allow tracking throughout its service life.

Flex Pal can be configured with carrying assemblies for roof-hung, floor-mounted and wire-rope structures. All three types of mount use Cat handle & pin rail connections for a fast installation with no special tools required.
